About me

My name is Anya Gervonis, I'm 42 years old, married and have a daughter. The reason why I decided to write this blog is to share my experiences. Although I am fairly new to the world of the internet I think it's a good way to share personal experiences and opinions.

For many years I suffered from the problem of falling asleep, and thanks to the right sleep aides I was able to solve it. The blog is meant to tell you my experiences, but also to start a discussion around the theme of herbal sleep aids. It is not my intention directed toward a solution rather than another, and this is why I also list things that  didn’t help me. I would rather that a person who suffers from this problem understands that there are many possible solutions.
