My experience with sleep aids was tortuous. Before finding one that really helped me I searched for a long time. Initially I went to the doctor to ask tips.
I had serious problems with sleep, I slept little and badly. All this has an impact on my day's work, and the effect accumulates with time, bringing anxiety and stress. I have found many over the counter sleep aids, and all said the same thing: this is the best sleep aid that you find on the market. Obviously it is promotion, so I opted to try a few. After several attempts I think I've found the best among the sleep aides: Oxy Sleep.
This sleeping aid has on me full effect. It’s not at all intrusive, meaning that the next day I do not perceive fatigue as in the case of sleeping pills. Not only it helps me to sleep, but the hours i sleep are of quality. And there is nothing better than starting a work day well rested and with good spirit. I think for everyone, before turning to sleeping pills, it’s worth trying with sleep aides, and especially the good ones that offer free trial like this. So in addition to avoiding a consultation by the doctor and assumption of sleeping pills, you may first try and see if they act positively without spending money.
Another problem that I faced often were business trips. I like traveling, but with work stress and the fact of sleeping away I could not fall asleep. Now, with beneficial effect of Oxy Sleep, i sleep well anywhere. And that's another thing I noticed, I don’t always need to take an otc sleep aid when I have trouble sleeping. I am accustomed to sleep anywhere and I think this is a thing you learn. If I have again problems, I take one. Now it is increasingly rare that I take sleep aides, is as if I had learned to sleep.
My conclusion is simple, and if I were giving advice to someone it would be as follows: go forward gradually, before taking sleeping pills examine the possibility of natural sleep aids. There is nothing wrong with trying, and if we can try them for free maybe you should do it.

When we see ourselves moving on the floor late at night, sleep aids seem like an amazing idea because they make you fall asleep soon but you should not ignore the side effects that it can cause which can be annoying and, in some cases, even dangerous.
