In my life for many years I had trouble falling asleep. The causes were many and varied. On the one hand work stress, family and eventually all the thoughts swirling around my head when I went to bed. There was nothing to do. I did meditation to, yoga, I have taken courses to better understand my problem and I read many books. Nothing has served as the herbal sleep aid which I will talk about later.
I have a naromal life. I mean, as everybody i work, I have family and some hobbies. A full life as some define it. Yet every time I rested my head on the pillow I could not sleep. I tried everything, until sleeping pills, which certainly works, but also many side effects. Including that the next day you're not at all fit, but just tired.
So after a long search and many attempts I found sleep aides that actually works: the herbal sleep aides. Even of these I've tried several to get to my favorite.
This remedy for sleep has helped me in the past and even today, when I am a bit 'under pressure, I do use. This is not a medicine, it is not intrusive. It is 100% made of natural substances. It doesn’t induce sleep like other sleep aids, but carries you to sleep and mainly to spend hours of quality sleep.
Today I live a life of much higher quality, I’m more often in a good mood and less prone to stress or anxiety.
I think the biggest difference between otc sleeping pills and natural sleep aids is this: the sleeping pills do not cure the problem, with the substances contained it makes you sleep almost immediately, while the all natural sleep aides help you regain th lost balance of your body of the daily life of these times. And once this balance in terms of natural substances is regained, you no longer need to take anything.
Furthermore, sleep aides have no contraindications, you can order online to have them sent directly to your home, and especially you can try before you spend money for a product that you're not sure that works.
This is my story and my experience, if anyone has some comments please leave a short opinion below.
Good luck!
